Mount Kilimanjaro Charity Climb When a child is diagnosed with cancer it can seem like normal life stops and a different journey begins. It’s a journey that tests families physically, emotionally, socially and financially. To be told that a child has cancer comes as a terrible shock. Yet to know that eight out of 10 children now survive cancer may offer some kind of comfort and reassurance to families. On the 2nd February 2013 I will attempt a special journey of my own to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest single mountain in the world, for this very worthy cause. CLIC Sargent is a charity dedicated to children and young people living and dealing with cancer and I will try to raise as much money as I can by trekking 19,000 feet to the top. This will not be easy so please help me by giving whatever you can. I own and run Clarets Estate Agents in Bushey, Hertfordshire and we will be donating a percentage from every property sold in 2012 to CLIC Sargent.
