The main difference between Clarets Online and our normal residential service is that we ask vendors to do their own viewings - most people agree this is a good thing as no one knows the property or area better than the vendor. It also means fewer agents clogging up your property, plus it helps keep our fees low.

This online service may not be for everyone. We find that many of our vendors, for one reason or another, still require and prefer the more typical approach and services offered by a high street agent. We are able to still offer you this service. We already are a highly accredited high street agent with a very strong reputation for customer service and loyalty.
