What are your fees?
We have a simple fee structure of one upfront cost of £999+vat. As our fees are not based on commission, you will only pay £999+vat, no matter what the value of your property.

What do I get for my money?
Professional digital colour internal and external photos taken with a wide angled lens, room measurements and full descriptions, fully erected Clarets 'For Sale' Board (subject to lease), Property Valuation report, marketing with all major web portals, secure log in access to Clarets Online website to review activity, feedback and interest, fast and efficient telephone and email support. In effect you will get a professionally accredited estate agent for a fraction of the cost.

Why are your fees lower than other estate agents?
Because Clarets Online is primarily a web based solution, we can offer you the extensive marketing that all estate agents offer at a fraction of the price. We also ask our vendors to take their own viewings. Many vendors prefer doing the viewings themselves as no one knows the property or the local area as well as the owner. This is the main way our costs can stay low.
