Your property will be marketed by Clarets Online and all the major web portals until sold.

What if I already have a contract with a high street estate Agent?
As we are an Estate Agent, the usual rules apply. If your contract with your agent is a Multiple Agent Agreement then you can list your property with us at the same time. If the property sells through Clarets Online, you would not have to pay any commission. If you have signed a sole agency contract, you may be liable to pay a fee to the agent if you have instructed Clarets Online to sell your property within your contract period. Clarets Online advise you to check the terms of your current agreement before signing.

How do I value my property?
A representative of Clarets Online will be happy to visit you and assist with the valuation and setting a sensible asking price. If you wish to seek your own independent valuation, you can use online services such as hometrack.co.uk, mouseprice.com or nethouseprices.com. Alternatively we would encourage you to speak to a couple of other local agents to help guide you.
