Clarets Online will either email or telephone you, depending on your preference, to arrange any viewings. Clarets Online does not conduct viewings but our support team is only a phone call or email away to offer assistance and advice.

How do I make an offer?
Offers can be made through the Clarets Online via email or telephone and negotiated accordingly. Once the offer is accepted, Clarets Online will collect the relevant solicitor's details and any other relevant information and will then produce a memorandum of sale for all parties and their solicitors.

What happens once a sale is agreed?
Once a sale has been agreed and solicitors have been instructed to can take advantage of our additional help notes and what to do now page's to make sure your sale moves through as quick and easily as possible. We have over 25 years experience in UK residential sales and can advice you accordingly.
