To begin the process of selling your home through Clarets Online, you must instruct Clarets Online to sell your home and begin to use our online tools. During the instruction process we will ask for a few details. The instruction process is quick, easy, and you can be confident that your details are completely secure. If you prefer, you can call us if you would rather speak to someone. We will take professional external and internal colour photos with a wide angle lens, measure the property and collect all the information required to build a bespoke advertising brochure for your home. (We would ask you to have available any lease, service charge or ground rent information at this time). We will also arrange for one of our team to erect a 'For Sale' board to help give you maximum local exposure. We will post a welcome pack to you. This will include a property valuation report and two copies of our agency agreement as well as a draft set of property particulars for you to check. You will need to sign a return a copy of the agency agreement along with the checked and approved property particulars using the pre paid envelope. |
