To report a gas or carbon monoxide emergency, or if a pipeline is struck (even if no gas leak has occurred) call the National Gas Emergency Service 24 hours a day on 0800 111 999

Your chosen electricity provider sells you energy but it’s your local distribution network operator (DNO) who maintains the power lines that connect your home to the network. In the event of a power cut contact your DNO to report it using the relevant number below:

If you are renting a MANAGED property through us please call us on 0208 950 7111 to report any damage, repair or emergency.

If you are not in a managed property please contact your landlord directly. Their details will be on the Tenant moving in form given to you when you moved in or alternatively on your Tenancy agreement.

Please be certain that the reason for a call out is a genuine emergency and cannot wait for normal business hours, or you will be liable for all charges incurred.

In an event of an emergency such as a boiler repair, burst lavatory, a dangerous electrical fault, a serious roof leak, storm & fire damage, failure or breakdown of gas, electric or water supply to the premises – Any fault or damage which makes the premises unsafe please use the following contractors.
