Christina joined Clarets team back in May 2011 as a sales negotiator coming from a background in property development and also having worked in the local authorities planning department. Her passion for property is only matched by her professionalism and commitment to her role within the company.
Christina quickly progressed from negotiator to senior negotiator in January 2014 and is now managing the Bushey sales team.
Christina and her fiancÃ©, Bradley, celebrated the birth of their daughter, Allanah, last year and are looking forward to their wedding day in 2015. Christina is also currently studying to sit her NFOPP exams to become an accredited member of the National Federation of Property Professionals.
With what little spare time Christina has, she is currently trying to organise Clarets next fund raising challenge.

Originally from Watford, Adam opened Clarets in 2001 having worked in various agencies across the Harrow, Stanmore and Edgware area. Given the growth of Greater London and its suburbs he decided to open Clarets in the heart of Bushey Village, an ever popular location due to its links into London and visible charm.
Recognised as one of the most respected and highly regarded agents in the Bushey area, Adam has an extensive 25 years of experience in the industry. He is dedicated to ensuring the firm provides outstanding service to its clients, which has resulted in a busy vibrant sales and lettings office.
Adam has a strong sense of community spirit which carries through to his professional life and he prides himself on the fact that many clients return to him in their future property transactions.

Liza's background was in the Television and Film industry. For 16 years she worked as a Production Co-ordinator and Production manager, when she worked on things like Anna Karenina, Spooks, The Football Factory to name a few.
Having decided to buy her first home back in 2001 she was recommended to visit a new local agency, Clarets. Not only did she successfully purchase her first home, she also walked away with a husband! Now a mother to two young children Liza now works as our Lettings Administrator & Accounts Director.
In her spare time, Liza does Krav Maga three times a week and has recently begun training to do a Charity Challenge next October.
The Charity, Miriam’s Vision, is in memory of her friend, Miriam Hyman, who lost her life in the 7/7 bombs. More details to follow soon.
Sanjay works along side Clarets Residential as our in house independent mortgage adviser, after spending 16 years providing financial advice to corporate and private banking customers Sanjay became a independent financial adviser so he could provide a more holistic approach to financial planning. He ensures that he provides tailor made solutions for his clients, as purchasing a property can be one of the largest investments you will make in your lifetime it is important to have the right mortgage product for you.
When not advising clients, Sanjay enjoys watching football and spending time with his family. He is also working his way towards becoming a chartered financial planner which is the most widely accepted “gold standard” qualification available for professional financial advisers in the United Kingdom.
Alex joined us in August 2016 new to the industry and fitted in straight away. He had always been looking for a career in estate agency and had approached us previously before he could even drive. He joined us as a junior about a year after we had initially met him and has been a valuable asset to the company ever since. Alex clearly wants to progress and do well and this shows in his attitude towards his job.
His passion for Chelsea football club is second to none and his days off often co inside with important games.

Lottie has been with us for approximately three years and joined us from a background within the licking and chewing industry! Never shy to add her opinion she has proved a valuable asset to our organisation and continues to thrive in her role as Customer Relations Manager.
