Originally from Watford, Adam opened Clarets in 2001 having worked in various agencies across the Harrow, Stanmore and Edgware area. Given the growth of Greater London and its suburbs he decided to open Clarets in the heart of Bushey Village, an ever popular location due to its links into London and visible charm.

Recognised as one of the most respected and highly regarded agents in the Bushey area, Adam has an extensive 25 years of experience in the industry. He is dedicated to ensuring the firm provides outstanding service to its clients, which has resulted in a busy vibrant sales and lettings office.

Adam has a strong sense of community spirit which carries through to his professional life and he prides himself on the fact that many clients return to him in their future property transactions.

Sanjay works along side Clarets Residential as our in house independent mortgage adviser, after spending 16 years providing financial advice to corporate and private banking customers Sanjay became a independent financial adviser so he could provide a more holistic approach to financial planning. He ensures that he provides tailor made solutions for his clients, as purchasing a property can be one of the largest investments you will make in your lifetime it is important to have the right mortgage product for you.

When not advising clients, Sanjay enjoys watching football and spending time with his family. He is also working his way towards becoming a chartered financial planner which is the most widely accepted “gold standard” qualification available for professional financial advisers in the United Kingdom.

Lubka joined the Clarets team in September 2019 coming from a background in Sales & Lettings having worked for a number of high profile West London estate agents.

Originally from Slovakia, she moved to the UK over 20 years ago. Lubka immediately fitted straight into the team and brought a wealth of knowledge adding value from day one and has become a valued and dedicated member of the team.

Lubka’s passions include keeping fit and healthy and is a personal trainer in her spare time. She also enjoys travelling and reading and loves to spend time with her son and dog Dusty, who is also a regular in our office.

Howard has a keen interest in property and joined Clarets in August 2022 having retired early from a successful career in branded fashion sales and marketing.

A great "peoples person" Howard enjoys meeting clients and is passionate about ensuring every client receives first class customer service.

As well as various charitable activities, in his spare time Howard plays and teaches drums. A lover of jazz and swing, he currently plays in a couple of big bands and a jazz trio.

Lottie has been with us for approximately three years and joined us from a background within the licking and chewing industry! Never shy to add her opinion she has proved a valuable asset to our organisation and continues to thrive in her role as Customer Relations Manager.

She lists among her many achievements her ability to eat her weight in chicken!
